While positive feedback is a great motivator, the ultimate positive feedback is a physical reward. Having? friendly competition in the workplace can also motivate employees to work harder and go above and beyond their daily job specifications. Physical rewards can be as simple as a day off, monetary rewards, or a paid vacation. Competitions among groups may also build unity within teams.
