I love to DIY because then you can freeze all the bones and scraps for stock
THIS is the method I use to remove all of the bones, you need a really sharp knife and go slowly with small cuts the first time you do it.
I actually find it a lot easier that the method of using shears to cut the backbone out first and I like that you end up with the breast on the outside rather than the inside
after I have done all of that you can marinate it in whatever floats your boat
It wont take long to grill on the bbq without the bones!
